Combine in large bowl the sugar and flour.
Bring to a boil margarine, cocoa, oil and water.
Pour mixture over sugar and flour and stir.
Then add buttermilk, beaten eggs and vanilla and stir.
Pour into well greased and floured pan (9 x 12-inch) and bake at 300Β° for 35 minutes.
