Best-Ever Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. active dry yeast, 1 1/2 c. warm water, 1 c. unseasoned (warm) mashed potatoes, 2/3 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve the yeast in the water.
Stir in everything except the flour.
Mix well.
Stir in half the flour at first, then add enough to make it easy to handle.
Knead for 5 minutes.
Use however much you need; place remaining dough in greased bowl and turn the dough greased side up.
Cover and store no longer than 5 days.
