Bess' Mashed Potato Casserole
Bess' Mashed Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 medium potatoes, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (chive cream cheese is best), 1/2 pt. sour cream, butter to taste and sprinkle of paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel and cook potatoes.
Mash with cream cheese and sour cream.
Add butter and paprika.
Milk may be added, if too thick. Bake in casserole at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
