Berry-Melon Salad
Berry-Melon Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice, 1/3 c. unsweetened grapefruit juice, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 2 tsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine juices, cornstarch, vegetable oil and honey in a saucepan, stirring well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in poppy seed.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Peel cantaloupes and cut each melon into four 3/4-inch slices.
Place slices on individual salad plates. Combine strawberries and honeydew melon balls.
Spoon 1/2 cup strawberry mixture over each cantaloupe slice.
Spoon poppy seed mixture evenly over fruit.
