Ben Grayson'S Barbecue Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 large onion, grated, 3/4 c. ketchup, 3/4 c. water and 1/2 c. lemon juice or part vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook onions in butter until soft.
