Beet Soup
Beet Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 cans beef broth, 4 cans water, 5 or 6 medium onions, chopped, 3 cans beets, chopped in blender and 1 lemon, cut in half and thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil broth, water and onions, then add beets.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add lemon, salt, pepper and sugar.
Put about 2 cups of beet mixture in blender.
Add sour cream.
Blend together, Then add back to beet mixture.
Will have a light pink color.
Serve when cold.
