Beer Venison Chops
Beer Venison Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 venison chops or steaks, 1/3 c. catsup, 3 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 can beer, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown chops in bacon grease and pour off fat.
Blend brown sugar, catsup and beer.
Pour over chops.
Cook in an electric frypan until tender, about 1 hour (may need to add a little water as it cooks down).
Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
