Beer-Batter Flounder

In medium bowl, mix beer, flour, cornmeal, parsley, salt and pepper.
In skillet, over medium heat, add 1/2-inch of canola oil. Dip flounder fillets in batter.
Place in hot oil.

Drain on paper towels.
