Beefy-Tortilla Pie
Beefy-Tortilla Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 (6-inch) flour tortillas, 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained, 1 small onion, chopped and 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded 40% less fat cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Coat bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate with vegetable cooking spray and line with tortillas.
Set aside.
Cook ground chuck in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Combine meat, chilies, onion and cheese.
Stir well.
Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
