Beef Tips 'n Gravy
Beef Tips 'N Gravy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, 2 tbsp. cornstarch in 1/2 c. cold water and 1 1/2 tbsp. beef bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut round steak into small strips, trimming away any fat. Cook in skillet until lightly brown.
Remove to baking dish. Cover with water.
Add beef bouillon.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Pour off broth into saucepan.
Bring to a boil at least 2 1/2 cups broth.
Stir in cornstarch in cold water and add to broth while stirring with a whisk.
Pour back to beef tips. Serve over rice.
