Beef Taco Bake
Beef Taco Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can tomato soup, 1 c. salsa, 1/2 c. milk and 6 flour tortillas or 8 corn tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat and drain off fat.
Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas (which have been cut in 1-inch square pieces) and half of the cheese.
Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish.
Cover and bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes or until hot.
Sprinkle with remainder of cheese and serve.
Serves about 4.
