Beef Stroganoff Casserole
Beef Stroganoff Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 pkg. hamburger helper mix for beef noodle, 2 1/2 c. hot water and 1 c. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oven to 450Β°.
Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is light brown and drain.
Stir in noodles, sauce mix, water, sour cream and mushrooms (with liquid). Heat to boiling and pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
