Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, 2 tbsp. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut steak into thin strips.
Coat with flour, salt and pepper. Brown quickly in oil.
Add onions and mushrooms.
Saute over low heat until light brown.
Add Worcestershire sauce, soup and sour cream.
Bring to boil.
Dissolve beef bouillon cube in water.
Add salt, parsley and rice.
Make a well in center of meat and pour rice into well.
Bring to boil.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
