Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. cubed steak or stew beef, cut in bite size chunks, 1 stick butter or margarine, 2 onions, chopped, 6 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce or 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste with 2 c. water and 3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter.
Brown meat and onions in butter.
Combine all ingredients except sour cream and cook until meat is tender (1 to 2 hours).
Add sour cream; stir to mix well.
