Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can french onion soup, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden mushroom soup and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cube steak and brown in small amount of butter or olive oil in an electric skillet or in a large skillet on the stove.
Mix soups (undiluted), salt and pepper.
Pour over beef and simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.
When meat is tender, add sour cream and mushrooms.
Serve over noodles or rice.
