Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 to 2 c. egg noodles, salt and pepper, 2 1/2 to 3 c. water and 1 tsp. worcestershire, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sprinkle salt and pepper in skillet.
Crumble ground beef and brown at 350° (medium heat) for 10 minutes; stir.
Drain grease and turn down heat to 250° (medium/low).
Add all the noodles and dried chives, onion bits and water.
Cook at 250° for 10 to 15 minutes until noodles are tender.
