Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, salt and pepper, flour, 4 cans cream of chicken soup and 4 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut steak into bite-size pieces, making sure to cut all fat off.
Tenderize, salt, pepper and flour meat.
Brown the meat and 1/2 of onion, chopped.
Drain off grease.
Combine soups and sour cream; add to mixture.
Mix chives and parsley flakes into mixture and heat slowly for an hour (or longer, if needed).
It can simmer several hours without hurting it.
Pour over rice or noodles. Serves 12.
