Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. stewing beef, 2 1/2 c. water, 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt, 1/4 tsp. celery salt and 1/4 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a paper bag, add dry ingredients to enough flour to cover the meat, plus 1/3 cup leftover to use for gravy.
Add the meat and shake well until completely coated.
Brown the meat in Crisco. To the browned meat, add the remaining 1/3 cup seasoned flour mix and 2 1/2 cups water to make the gravy.
Add Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms with juice.
Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
