Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium can mushrooms, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 1/2 lb. stew beef, 2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. water and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut stew meat into small pieces and flour.
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter or margarine.
Remove from pan and brown the floured meat.
Add the bouillon, mushrooms, onions, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add sour cream and simmer 30 more minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
