Cut steak into thin strips; coat with flour, salt, Accent, pepper and butter.
Heat over low heat in 10-inch heavy skillet. Combine meat, onion and garlic.
Sear over medium heat on both sides.
Add broth and sherry; bring to a rapid boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
