Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak, 1/4 c. flour, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, 2 c. hot water and 2 beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine flour and nutmeg.
Cut steak in small cubes, dust with flour.
Brown in small amount of oil.
Add the water, bouillon cubes and onion soup.
Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours over low heat. Stir from time to time.
Cook noodles according to directions; drain.
Combine noodles, sour cream and meat mixture.
