Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 lb. stew beef, cubed, 2 tbsp. cooking oil, 1/2 c. chopped onions and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Coat meat with flour and 1 teaspoon salt.
Brown meat in hot oil.
Add onions, garlic and thyme.
Stir in V-8 juice, bouillon, hot sauce and 1 cup water.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender.
Add vegetables and simmer for 30 minutes more.
