Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 onion, 1 lb. beef stew meat, flour, salt and pepper and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In 2 tablespoons oil, brown meat after dipping in flour, salt and pepper mixture.
Add chopped onion and stir in Dutch oven for 5 minutes.
Add canned broth and marjoram.
Add cut carrots, celery and potatoes and 2 cups water; cook on medium high heat until vegetables are tender, about 45 minutes.
Serve.
Great reheated, too!
