Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. stew beef, 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, 2 c. beef broth, 1/4 tsp. marjoram and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown beef in pan with a little Crisco.
Add tomatoes (chop them up a little), broth, marjoram, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook until meat is almost tender.
Add onion, potatoes, carrots, celery and parsley.
Let simmer.
(I usually let it simmer for 3 to 4 hours.)
Stir occasionally.
