Beef Noodle Stroganoff
Beef Noodle Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 2 garlic cloves, minced or 3/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp. salt to taste and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In skillet, cook beef and garlic until browned.
Drain and stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Place noodles in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with meat mixture.
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; stir in onions.
Spread over meat mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Let stand 5 minutes.
