Beef Noodle Casserole
Beef Noodle Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 c. medium noodles, 1/2 c. tomato soup, diluted as desired, 1/4 lb. processed cheese, cut in small pieces and onion, chopped (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook noodles in salted water and drain.
Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper.
Put in casserole dish in alternate layers, starting with noodles, then beef, then cheese, then soup, repeating until all is used.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes. May be garnished with parsley.
