Beef-n-Biscuit Casserole
Beef-N-Biscuit Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and black pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown ground beef and onion in large frying pan; drain excess grease.
Tomato sauce, pepper garlic salt. Simmer while preparing biscuits. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits.
Pull each biscuit apart to make 2 layers.
Press biscuit layers over entire bottom ungreased 9-inch square baking
2-quart casserole.
Combine 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (reserve the rest for topping), sour cream and egg; mix well.
Remove meat mixture from heat and stir in cheese mixture.
Spoon over dough.
Arrange remaining biscuit layers over pinching sides together.
Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese.
At 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
