Beef Mushroom Loaf
Beef Mushroom Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, milk, 1 slightly beaten egg, 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Drain musrhrooms.
Reserve liquid.
Add enough milk to mushroom liquid to make 1/2 cup.
In a mixing bowl, combine liquid, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard, pepper and mushrooms.
Mix lightly but thoroughly.
Shape into a loaf in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Combine catsup and corn syrup.
Brush on meat loaf and bake 15 minutes more.
