Beef Mushroom Loaf
Beef Mushroom Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 (3 oz.) jar chopped mushrooms, milk, 1 slightly beaten egg and 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain mushrooms; reserve liquid.
Add enough milk to mushroom liquid to make 1/2 cup.
In mixing bowl, combine liquid, egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and bread crumbs.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Stir in beef and mushrooms.
Shape into loaf in baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Combine ketchup and corn syrup.
Brush on meat top.
Bake meat loaf for 15 more minutes.
