Beef Loaf
Beef Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. dry bread crumbs, 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 slightly beaten eggs and 1/4 c. grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soak bread crumbs in milk.
Add ground beef, eggs, onion, salt, pepper and sage.
Mix well.
Form into loaf and place in greased loaf pan.
With fork, rough top of loaf.
Combine brown sugar, catsup or chili sauce, nutmeg and ground mustard.
Pour over loaf and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 6 to 8.
