Beef In Potato Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Prepare and bake potatoes.
Cut potatoes lengthwise into halves.
Scoop up potatoes, leaving a 1/4-inch shell.
Brush outsides and insides of shell with margarine.
Place shells, cut sides down, upon ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until edges are brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
Cook and stir ground beef until brown. Stir in tomatoes and seasoning mix.
(Break up tomatoes.)
Simmer 20 minutes.
Spoon mixture into shells.
Sprinkle with cheese. Heat until cheese is melted in 475Β° oven.
Top with sour cream and sprinkle with green onions.
