Beef in Casserole
Beef In Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 2 tsp. salt, 4 tsp. sugar, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook beef and drain fat.
Saute onion.
Add salt, sugar, tomato sauce, tomatoes, garlic and pepper.
Simmer meat sauce 5 to 10 minutes.
Add sour cream and cream cheese to cooked macaroni. Alternate layers of meat sauce, macaroni mixture and grated cheese in greased 13 x 9-inch dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
