Beef Hash
Beef Hash is an easy dinner. Made with leftover roast (2 c.), 1 large onion, 2 c. beef broth, 3 tbsp. flour and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Thicken 2 cups beef broth by mixing well flour and 1/2 cup cold broth, or lukewarm (not hot); flour will lump, stir well. Pour in broth when it boils.
Add chopped onions.
Cook about 3 minutes.
Add beef.
If gravy is too thick, add more broth.
Cook 5 minutes.
Pour in baking dish and bake 20 minutes at 400Β°.
