Beef Chimichangas
Beef Chimichangas is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. healthy choice hamburger, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat cheddar cheese and 8 low-fat tortillas (10-inch), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown and drain hamburger.
Lightly spray 1 cookie sheet with Pam butter flavored vegetable spray.
Place 1 ounce Cheddar cheese and 1/8 of hamburger in a tortilla and roll up.
Place on the cookie sheet; repeat until all 8 are placed on the baking sheet, then spray Pam over all exposed areas of tortillas.
Bake in 375Β° oven until crisp.
