Beef Cheese Casserole
Beef Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium chopped onion, 1/3 c. chopped green pepper, 1 tsp. salt and 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute chuck.
Add onion, green pepper and tomato sauce. Simmer and remove from heat.
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream.
Place half of cooked noodles in casserole; cover with half cheese mixture and then remaining noodles and then cheese mixture.
Top with tomato-meat sauce.
Bake 45 minutes in 350Β° oven, using 2 to 3-quart casserole.
