Beef Burgundy
Beef Burgundy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. top round steak, 1 (3 oz.) canned mushrooms, sliced, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 envelope dry onion soup mix and 1 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cut steak into 1-inch cubes.
Brown meat slowly in skillet sprayed with Pam.
Transfer to 1 1/2-quart casserole with tight fitting cover.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer or until tender.
Serve on toast, rice or noodles.
