Beef Burgundy
Beef Burgundy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pound bacon, cut into small pieces, 3 pounds beef sirloin, cut into cubes, 1/3 c flour, 1 can tomato soup and 1 can beef broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook bacon.
Remove from pan.
Flour beef and brown in bacon drippings.
When browned, remove excess fat and add all ingredients to the pot.
Cover, bake 2 1/2 hours in a preheated 350 degree oven.
