Beef Burgundy is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lbs stewing beef cut into bite size pieces, 1 lb fresh mushroom slices - hold & add last, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 or more cloves of garlic, sliced and 1 soup can burgundy wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put all ingredients in large pot & cook until the meat is tender - 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
* Add mushrooms 20 minutes before end of cooking time serve over egg noodles.
