Beef Brisket in Wine
Beef brisket slow-roasted in red wine and onion soup mix with Gravy Master and wild rice. Set-it-and-forget-it Sunday dinner with a glossy mahogany gravy.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place meat in roasting pan with 4 cups of water, wine, and Gravy Master.
Top meat with onion, soup and sliced onion.
Cover and bake in a 325Β° oven for 2 hours.
Remove and add wild rice. Return to oven and cook 1 hour longer or until most of gravy is absorbed.
Mound rice around meat.
