Beef Brisket
Beef Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 brisket roast, celery salt, garlic salt, liquid smoke and 2 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sprinkle brisket roast with celery salt, garlic salt and liquid smoke.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
Combine catsup, vinegar, sugar, 1 tablespoon liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and pour over brisket.
Seal foil.
Bake in oven at 250Β° for 5 to 5 1/2 hours.
Allow to cool, then slice.
