Beef Brisket
Beef Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lipton onion soup, dash of salt and pepper, dash of garlic powder, 1 jar chile sauce and carrots and potatoes (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put a layer of water in roasting pan.
Cook brisket, uncovered, in a 325Β° oven 1 hour per pound.
One-half hour before brisket is done, pour the beer over the top.
Cover and cook 1/2 hour longer.
Cool to room temperature.
Slice thin and reheat to serve.
Add carrots and potatoes halfway through.
