Beef Barley Soup
Beef Barley Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, 3/4 c. sliced carrots and 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained and sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown beef, drain fat and stir in water and all ingredients. Bring to a boil.

If too thick, add water.
