Beef and Cheese Casserole
Beef And Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean), 2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Break beef up slightly and saute.
Drain away fat.
Add tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bring 4 cups water and 1 tablespoon salt to boil in large kettle.
Add noodles and bring to full boil.
Boil 2 minutes, stirring.
Remove from heat.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse in hot water.
Put 1/2 the noodles in shallow baking dish.
Mix all remaining ingredients (except meat) and pour over noodles.
Add other 1/2 of noodles and pour meat mixture on top.
