Bean Soup
Bean Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. northern beans, 1 ham bone, 1/2 chopped onion, 1 c. diced celery and 1 large can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soak beans overnight.
Drain and add fresh water, cook slowly with ham bone for 2 hours.
Put in onions, potatoes, celery, tomato sauce, parsley and seasoning.
Cook slowly until vegetables are soft.
Remove ham bone.
Trim off any meat and cut in small pieces to add to the soup.
