Made with 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained, 1 (11 oz.) can corn, packed without water, 2 c. salsa (any kind), 1/2 bottle s & w vintage lites oil free dressing "red wine vinegar and herb dressing"* and 2 to 3 stalks chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
