Bean and Cabbage Salad
Bean And Cabbage Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can large red kidney beans, drained, 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained, 1/2 head small cabbage, cut in 1-inch cubes, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large bowl, mix well the red kidney and garbanzo beans, cabbage and green pepper.
Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, dry mustard, sugar and pepper.
Pour dressing over bean mixture; toss lightly.
Cover and chill 4 to 6 hours.
(Stir occasionally.)
