Bayou Seafood Casserole
Bayou Seafood Casserole is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 42 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, oleo, . peeled shrimp, pt. crab meat and large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt cream cheese and oleo in top of double boiler.
Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons oleo.
Add cream cheese and oleo.
Blend well.
Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crab meat and rice.
Blend well.
Place in oiled 2-quart casserole dish and top with Cheddar and cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Freezes well for short time.
