Bayou Seafood Casserole
Bayou Seafood Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 stick oleo, 1 lb. peeled shrimp, 1 pt. crab meat and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt cream cheese and oleo in top of double boiler.
Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons oleo.
Add cream cheese and oleo.
Blend well.
Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crab meat and rice.
Blend well.
Place in oiled 2-quart casserole dish and top with Cheddar and cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Freezes well for short time.
