Bavarian Cream Pie
Bavarian Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tsp. knox gelatin, 1/4 c. milk, 1 c. milk, 2 egg yolks and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Soak gelatin for 5 minutes in 1/4 cup milk.
Heat 1 cup milk in a double boiler.
Add gelatin mixture.
Stir into this mixture 2 egg yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Cook until thick.
When cool, add stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream.
Put in crust and top with grated sweet chocolate.
Let set in refrigerator.
Makes two large pies.
