Put flour in a bowl or plastic bag.
In another bowl, put egg and beat with a fork.
First, dip zucchini in flour; next, dip in egg, then dip in flour again.
Cook in frying pan with 1/2-inch hot oil.

When both sides are browned, they are ready to eat.
